Premier League is better than ever before. Watch and follow the best league

I’ve been following Premier League since 20 years now and I can assure you that this season will be the best one. Race for the title will go down to the wire. Liverpool and Manchester City will be fighting for the title, however Leeds, Chelsea, Arsenal and Everton made massive progress and they are still improving. Bielsa, Lampard, Arteta and Ancelotti set up great teams.

I am impressed how much Arteta has changed Arsenal. They are highly motivated, they close down quickly when they lose the ball – it is discipline. Arsenal struggled over last 15 years due to poor transition – they were not able to close down quickly and make interception. Under Mikael Arteta they are well organized. They work together as one team, not 3-4 separate formations and even more importantly they are doing that quickly. They are not sloppy. They question is about consistency, particularly away from home, however they were dominant against Fulham last weekend. They need to attack this season and improve all the time.

Carlo Ancelotti’s impact on Everton is massive. Tottenham players were powerless against Everton. Everton were far better on all aspects of the game. They were quicker, better organized, disciplined, tactically prepared to play. High quality is there. The question is about the consistency.

Leeds comeback to Premier League was truly impressive. They play enjoyable football against current champions FC Liverpool. Without Salah, Liverpool would not have won the game. They were sloppy without the ball. Leeds played one touch football. There are quality and desire in this team. It is a nice surprise.

Chelsea won against Brighton and they will be challenging for Champions League spot in 2021.

Tottenham are in crisis. They struggle. Hopefully, Jose Mourinho will be able to turn things around.

Leicester are solid with Vardy.

The quality of football we’ve seen in week 1 is truly impressive and it will be only better and better.

Young Xavi, Puyol and also Enrique, Rivaldo, Figo, Anderson, Zenden, Giovanni were slightly subdued, bit on the back foot from the start, although they found the way to push Manchester United to limit and draw the game at the “Theatre of Dreams”. It is the game I will always remember. Classic Champions League fixture between absolute top teams in the European football. The highest quality, you can imagine. Counter attacks, crosses, one tou...
